Patient Interview: “My experience at BrainSpark was great!”
We reached out to a former patient to ask him to describe his experience at BrainSpark Health. This is what he had to share with people looking to detox and recovery and choosing BrainSpark.
What lead you to seek out NAD IV Therapy?
Patient: “What led me to BrainSpark was a decade-long, give or take, opiate addiction that I could not overcome on my own. I had a friend, who was in a similar situation to mine, try NAD as a means to the beginning of his recovery process and he has been clean since the day he left his NAD treatment center two years ago. Because of his confidence in the process, I decided to try it out on my own and was lucky enough to know an employee at Brainspark who helped me get the proverbial ball rolling.”
Have you tried other detox methods in the past?
Patient: “The only detox method that I had ever tried prior to BrainSpark was solely trying to kick opiates on my own. Over the past 6 years, I probably tried to stop opiates between 30-40 times and was never 100 percent successful. I tried everything from ‘cold turkey’, to suboxone, to kratom, etc. While trying these different methods, I had never gone more than one month without ending up ‘using’ again. Needless to say, I was never successful.”
What was your experience at Brainspark like?
Patient: “My experience at BrainSpark was great. From the second I walked in the door on day 1, I truly believed that I was finally in the right place for me to once and for all begin my life again without opiates. From top to bottom, every employee helped me in a different way let alone the NAD treatment in itself. For the first time since I can remember, BrainSpark gave me hope and the belief that I was finally going to get my life back on track.”

How did the NAD treatment compare to previous treatments?
Patient: “The difference between trying to get clean on my own and BrainSpark was that I could feel the NAD repairing my brain which had suffered god knows how much abuse over the past decade from my opiate use. One may ask, ‘how could you tell?’ My answer to that is that for the first time in I don’t know how long, I finally felt that the world was not ending. Everything is more clear now than it’s been in years. From my decision-making process to my outlook on my future, to just my day to day activities. I feel like I finally have a purpose again. As I stated before, it gave me hope. Something that I had not felt in years.”
What would you recommend to other individuals considering NAD IV treatment?
Patient: “I would highly recommend the NAD treatment to those who are 100 percent ready to finally get the help that they need. If you are not ready or expecting to walk through the door and be instantly cured without putting in work then this is not for you. If you want to get your life back as badly as I did, then, as far as I know, this is the best treatment that is out there. But you have to want to get better as badly as the staff at BrainSpark wants to help you….which is a lot.

Anything else you’d like to share?
Patient: “I can’t speak highly enough about NAD and the staff at BrainSpark. But again, this is no miracle solution. It’s just the best possible way to start one’s journey back to recovery and getting your life back.”
The patient decided to remain anonymous for this email interview.
